Exercises

The Chin Muscles Tonifier facial exercises tone up all face and neck muscles at the same time. They are therefore very easy to do and uplift the face faster ( the exercise session of the Chin Muscles Tonifier takes less than three minutes a day ).

Exercise I

The exercise I is performed with the head looking straight ahead, back straight up and shoulders down (Fig I).

Frequency

12 successive movements of opening and closing the mouth or until you feel your muscles are tired.

Exercise II

The exercise II is performed with the head bended backwards, back straight up and shoulders down (Fig. II)

This exercise allows the maximum contractions of the muscles of the neck and chin. It ensures a better firming up of the neck muscles.

Frequency:

12 successive movements of opening and closing the mouth or until you feel your muscles are tired.
